Jharkhand Post Matric Scholarship(Outside the State)

LAST DATE FOR POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM:

• Online application filling for post matric scholarship has been closed. 
• Correction and updates are available for the students who has already filled the online application form till 20-12-12 ,before 05:00 PM.
• Online application filling (post matric scholarship) last date is 12-11-2012.This is a extended date.
• On or before 20-12-12,Hard copy to be submitted for post matric scholarship before 05:00 PM.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION:

• The candidate must be any one of the following caste:

                    1).schedule tribe(ST)

                    2).schedule caste(SC)

                    3).backward class(OBC)

• The  candidate must be the residential of Jharkhand state.
• Family income of student should be lower than as per the list given below:

                    1).For ST (or) SC < Rs-200000.(below two lakhs only).

                    2).For OBC <Rs-100000.(below one lakh only).

• The university or college or institution ,where the student is studying must be outside the state of Jharkhand.
• candidate must not be in the same class for which he/she has got the scholarship  earlier from jharkhand state government.
• one recent passport size photograph with student signature must be.

STEPS TO GET THE APPLICATION FORM FOR POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP:

1. Open the website of Jharkhand government  or click the link:- www.jharkhand.gov.in.
2. after opening the website click on "Official website of government of jharkhand".
3. click on "citizen corner" box.
4. under the citizen corner click on "e-kalyan".
5. A new tab will be opened after pressing on "e-kalyan".
6. in left sidebar of the new tab ,you will get the option for -Post matric(outside state).
7. Below the Post matric(outside state),click on -Apply online.
8. On the top most left corner,under the logo of jharkhand government,click on "English" for english language.and "Hindi" for hindi language.
9. click on "Scheme" or by moving mouse over the "scheme" ,you will get the option -"Scholarship Application",click on it.
10. click "New" for those who are applying 1st time(or) "Renew" for the renewal.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH ONLINE APPLICATION:

• Caste certificate.
• income certificate.(in original).
• residential certificate.
• copy of marksheet of previous examination.
• bonafide certificate from college(in original).
• affidivait.
• passport size photograph of the student with signature.

TO KNOW THE AWARD LIST FOR POST MATRIC(OUTSIDE THE STATE):

1. Open the website of Jharkhand government  or click the link:- www.jharkhand.gov.in.
2. after opening the website click on "Official website of government of jharkhand".
3. click on "citizen corner" box.
4. under the citizen corner click on "e-kalyan".
5. A new tab will be opened after pressing on "e-kalyan".
6. you will get-  Award List for Post Matric 2011-2012 Outside State Students.
7. click on it.
8. choose your caste.
9. enter your application number or acknowledgement number.

and at last click on "search" button.
